We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will also act as a Career Consultant, serving as the main point of contact for clients seeking career support.
This role combines recruitment delivery with hands-on career consulting, focusing on helping clients—primarily in the Saudi market- secure job interviews and advance their careers.
Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities in the ATS or internal system.
Career Consultant Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for career services clients
- Conduct introductory meetings to understand client goals, preferences, and job target
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients through regular follow-ups and proactive updates
- Serve as a strategic guide, providing a personalized job search roadmap
- Ensure clients feel supported throughout the process, including updates on applications, interviews, and next steps.
- Optimize CVs/resumes and LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility.
- Apply for roles on behalf of clients to help secure interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews to prepare clients effectively.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance interview performance.
