Schedule: Full program: May 28 – July 1, 2026 (34 days)

Shifts: 8-hr and 12-hr shifts depending on phase — day, evening, and overnight available

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring Security Officers for our summer commitments. The pay range for this opportunity will be between $27 to $35 an hour, based off experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Staff assigned post for the full shift — screening, perimeter, interior patrol, or access control

• Monitor crowd behavior and report concerns to your Supervisor

• Assist guests in a professional, friendly manner

• Support ADA-accessible entry lane operations

• Complete shift handoff and document any incidents

• Maintain radio communication and follow all command directives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in event, venue, or crowd management security preferred

• Customer service or hospitality background is a plus

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (8–12 hrs)
