FIFA Zone Coordinator:

Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA

Pay: $45.00 / hr

Schedule: June 9 – June 30, 2026 (Phases 3 and 4 — peak operations)

Shifts: 12-hr shifts — day and evening

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring two Zone Coordinators for the peak operational phases of the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™. Zone Coordinators hold sector-level command authority within the venue and operate as part of the C3 command team. Each coordinator manages a defined zone of City Hall Plaza, overseeing Shift Supervisors and officers and coordinating directly with the Venue Security Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Hold command authority over all security within your assigned zone for each shift
• Coordinate with the VSM, the other Zone Coordinator, and public safety liaisons throughout the shift
• Receive Supervisor escalations and make real-time tactical decisions on coverage and incidents
• Monitor your zone continuously and adjust officer positioning as crowd conditions change
• Participate in C3 daily briefings and provide zone status updates throughout the shift
• Manage entry lane throughput in coordination with FoH Supervisors to reduce queue wait times
• Support long-game night operations when screener coverage is extended
• Submit a zone report to the VSM at the end of each shift

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 3–5 years of managing large-accounts or major event security with at least 2 years in zone or sector command
• Experience operating within an ICS/NIMS command environment required
• Strong situational awareness and ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
• Clear radio communication under operational conditions
• Must pass a background check before deployment
