FIFA CCTV Operator:

Location: C3 Command Center — City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA

Pay: $40.00 / hr

Schedule: June 9 – June 26, 2026 (Phases 3 and 4)

Shifts: 12-hr shifts — continuous coverage through all fan-facing hours

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring CCTV Operators for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™. You will monitor all camera feeds from the C3 command center throughout your shift, providing real-time situational awareness to the command team. Three operators will rotate to maintain continuous coverage across all event hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Monitor all active camera feeds across City Hall Plaza from the command center
• Immediately report crowd anomalies, incidents, unauthorized access, or suspicious behavior to the command team
• Support the Security Response Team by providing live video guidance during active incidents
• Maintain a time-stamped monitoring log throughout the shift
• Pan, tilt, and zoom cameras to priority areas as directed by Zone Coordinators or the VSM
• Test all systems at shift start and report any camera faults to the C3 Lead
• Follow footage preservation procedures for any incident requiring evidence documentation
• Brief the incoming CCTV Operator fully at shift changeover

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years CCTV monitoring or security operations center experience
• Proficiency with CCTV management software and multi-camera platforms
• Strong observational focus — ability to monitor screens attentively for a full 12-hour shift
• Clear, concise verbal communication under time pressure
• Must pass a background check before deployment
