Pay: $27.00 / hr

Schedule Full program: May 20 – June 30, 2026 (41 days)

Shifts: 8-hr and 12-hr shifts — day, evening, and overnight available

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Windwalker Group is hiring Safety and Hospitality Associates for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™ at City Hall Plaza. This is a 41-day security program running May 20 through June 30, 2026. Associates will be assigned to fan entry lanes, perimeter posts, interior patrol, and access control positions throughout the event.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Staff assigned post for the full shift — fan entry lanes, perimeter, interior patrol, or access control
• Operate Evolv OPENGATE AI weapons detection systems at fan entry points
• Monitor crowd behavior and report concerns to your Supervisor
• Assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Support ADA-accessible entry lane operation
• Complete shift handoff and document any incidents
• Maintain radio communication and follow all command directives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Prior event, venue, or crowd management security experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and de-escalation skills
• Able to stand and remain alert for a full 8 or 12-hour shift outdoors
• Must pass a background check before deployment
• Availability for the full program period preferred
