Cold caller

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our General department as a Cold Caller at Wingman Group PTY LTD. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients with an Australian accent.

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments

• Effectively communicate our products and services to prospects

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Technical Requirements:

• Equipment is self-provided

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps

• Dual Monitor
