We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage financial operations, compliance tasks, and administrative support within our sales division. This role is critical in ensuring timely financial processing, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping (preferably in real estate), be proficient in Xero, and have a strong understanding of ATO and Fair-Trading obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales invoices for commissions and disbursements
Track Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) per listing
Verify sales advice, disbursements, and settlement statements
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations in Xero
Ensure ATO compliance: BAS, IAS, PAYG, and super payments
Handle ASIC, NSW Fair Trading, and trust account compliance
Liaise with external accountants for audits and financial lodgements
Manage employee contracts, onboarding, and insurance renewals
