Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in both human resources and the automotive dealership environment. This role supports the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of a busy dealership team, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams.

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases accurately and confidentially.

  • Help coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.

  • Support employee communications and distribute internal HR-related materials.

  • Assist with compliance tracking and documentation (e.g., licenses, certifications, training).

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR events.

  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate team members.
