Job Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader – Offshore Marketing Delivery to join our expanding leadership team. This role is ideal for a structured, people-focused project leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You will manage a dedicated client pod, oversee daily marketing delivery, and help strengthen communication, performance, and culture across the offshore team.

Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Project Management

  • Oversee the daily workflow for multiple client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with strategy.

  • Translate campaign briefs from onshore directors into clear, actionable tasks for the offshore team.

  • Monitor project progress through ClickUp and other tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Review posts, visuals, and videos for quality, consistency, and accuracy before client submission.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the offshore point of contact for day-to-day client updates, scheduling, and feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with onshore account directors to maintain project momentum, resolve blockers, and anticipate client needs.

  • Ensure all communication is professional, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead a marketing pod consisting of a Social Media & Creative Specialist and a Marketing Assistant.

  • Conduct weekly huddles to set priorities, allocate workloads, and ensure high delivery standards.

  • Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and confidence.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages accountability and creative excellence.

Cross-Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with the offshore leadership group to maintain communication and consistency between onshore and offshore teams.

  • Share best practices, support training initiatives, and uphold delivery quality across all accounts.

  • Champion team culture and provide peer leadership support to other Team Leaders.

Performance & Process Excellence

  • Track key performance and delivery metrics, contributing to monthly client reports.

  • Identify workflow risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Support system improvements across tools such as ClickUp, Dropbox, and Metricool.
