We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage financial operations, compliance tasks, and administrative support within our sales division. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounts payable and receivable function. Your core responsibilities will encompass processing invoices and billable income efficiently managing accounts payable and receivable. You will exhibit a keen attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of Australian accounting principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales invoices for commissions and disbursements
Track Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) per listing
Verify sales advice, disbursements, and settlement statements
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations in Xero
Ensure ATO compliance: BAS, IAS, PAYG, and super payments
Handle ASIC, NSW Fair Trading, and trust account compliance
Liaise with external accountants for audits and financial lodgments
Manage employee contracts, onboarding, and insurance renewals
