Mortgage Loan Processor

📍 Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about helping clients through the loan process? We’re looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely loan submissions from application through settlement.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Review initial loan applications for accuracy and completeness (approximately 10 per week)
✅ Gather, verify, and analyse financial and personal documentation including credit reports, tax returns, pay slips, and bank statements
✅ Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for approval
✅ Communicate and coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and third-party vendors
✅ Ensure all documentation meets company policies and regulatory standards
✅ Track and update loan status, ensuring stakeholders remain informed
✅ Resolve documentation or credit discrepancies, requesting further details as needed
✅ Schedule and prepare closing documents with the closing team
✅ Maintain accurate records in accordance with auditing requirements
✅ Conduct post-settlement reviews
