Accounts Receivable Specialist – Automotive Industry (AU Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will manage the full accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.

• Monitor aging accounts, perform reconciliations, and follow up on overdue payments.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Prepare accurate AR reports and analyses.

• Assist in month-end closings and financial statement preparation.

• Support process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.
