- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of POS system implementation and upgrade projects across multiple franchise locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee third-party service providers for POS hardware and software
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Provide technical leadership and support for store-level IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and troubleshooting software
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation
- Train and support franchise staff on POS systems and related technologies
