Translation Coordination
Responsible to manages the end-to-end process of translation projects, acting as the primary link between clients, internal teams, and external language professionals
- Coordinate the translation work and delivery timeline with translation agencies
- Work with translation supplier project managers to resolve any issues and to answer any queries from translators
- Work with Localization Solutions teams to resolve any deliver issue in client systems
- Communicating any issues, delays and deliveries with stakeholders on-time
- Keep the track of deliveries with cost, deadline and supplier performance details in excel reports
- Check and control the supplier cost of every job before approving it to be translated
- Read and understand the offline marketing content before sending it to translations.
- Know how to use client systems (AEM, CTM) and supplier systems (TMS and Globallink)
- Keep and ask RCA and CAPA reports of the day-to-day issues from suppliers
- Be creative, think outside of the box when there is an issue or a challenge to overcome to catch the timeliness
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in languages, linguistics, translation studies, or a related field is often preferred
