Web Content Management - Program Manager

Job Overview

 This role blends project leadership with hands-on content expertise, focusing on CMS tools, stakeholder collaboration, performance metrics and lead cross-functional teams (designers, writers, developers) to improve user engagement, traffic, and compliance. 

• Act as a liaison between client teams , stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate projects, manage workflows, and oversee the CMS, especially in large-scale environments. 
• Own the creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance of web pages, blogs, and multimedia content to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc)
• Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs
• .Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and functions
• Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer
• Providing training and assistance to internal & external stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.

Technical Skills

• • Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g.,AEM, WordPress, Drupal)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), HTML/CSS basics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience leading large teams, stakeholder management, managing editorial calendars, and coordinating between departments.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like  Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
