Experience - 12–15 yearsExtensive SQL expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions across large, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).Data modelling and database design skills, including normalization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.ETL development and optimization experience.Experience with BI and dashboard tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik, for creating interactive and visually impactful dashboards.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and visual reports.Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver insights and dashboards to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advanced analytical thinking to derive trends, detect anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making.Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Mentoring and leadership experience, supporting junior developers and contributing to data strategy and best practices.Self-starter, independent thinker – capable of driving a business need from conception to delivery.
