Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:
    • Lead the MRC Sales division, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture C-level client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
    • Understand client needs and align company solutions to drive value and customer satisfaction.
  3. Industry Expertise:
    • Leverage extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods to position WNS as a strategic partner and solution provider.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  4. Global Market Expansion:
    • Drive global sales initiatives, exploring and expanding into new markets within the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods domains.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless global delivery of services.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Provide strong leadership to the MRC Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
