Senior Marketing Manager
Job Overview
WongDoody is seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager in North America to support marketing operations and drive brand exposure, awareness, and demand across our parent company - Infosys - and global markets.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening WongDoody’s visibility within Infosys while elevating our brand externally. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, collaborates seamlessly across business units, and consistently delivers high-quality work under tight timelines. Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential.
The Senior Marketing Manager oversees internal sales enablement initiatives to ensure alignment and effectiveness with Infosys teams globally. This role also leads global brand marketing execution and supports earned and owned media through structure project management and content development. You will be fluent in WongDoody’s design, marketing, and production capabilities and able to translate them into compelling, actionable marketing programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy & Sales Enablement:
- Contribute to and help manage WongDoody’s overall marketing strategy to increase brand reach, generate demand within Infosys, and help win new business
- Partner closely with Business Development and Client Partner teams to define and execute sales enablement strategies targeted to Infosys sales teams globally
- Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to provide updates, align priorities, and support strategic initiatives
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and measurable ROI
Project & Operational Management:
- Lead and manage marketing projects from brief through execution, including status check-ins, stakeholder reviews, and post-project briefs
- Ensure timelines are met, teams stay aligned, and deliverables meet high quality standards
- Maintain and update content across WongDoody.com and internal Infosys platforms
Campaign Management and Performance:
- Develop, implement and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across internal and external digital channels, targeted to Infosys sales teams
- Define target audiences, campaign objectives, messaging and measurable KPIs (MQL’s, SQL’s, CPL, ROI)
- Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot) for lead nurturing and campaign execution
- Build and maintain compliant, permission-based Infosys prospect list and manage targeted email marketing initiatives
Content Development
- Create compelling marketing content aligned with WongDoody’s thought leadership and brand strategy, including:
- Website content and landing pages
- Intranet content and landing pages
- Case studies and success stories
- White papers
- Webinar materials
- Email marketing content and newsletters targeted at Infosys sales teams
- Social content
- Content for internal Infosys platforms and sales
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate, strategic messaging
- Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery
Events
- Identify earned and paid speaking opportunities at industry events in partnership with Infosys
- Identify earned speaking opportunities at internal Infosys events
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual B2B events for clients and internal sales teams
- Develop lead capture and nurture strategies tied to event participation
- Manage event logistics, content creation and ROI tracking
WHAT YOU'RE LIKE

WHAT YOU'VE GOT
- Bachelors degree
- 8+ years of professional experience in marketing,
or similar role in technology, consulting and/or B2B marketing - Proficiency in a wide range of owned/earned media channels
- Excellent project management skills and ability to stay organized
- Experience driving results in a cross-functional capacity globally.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Express, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, Hubspot, Webflow, Wordpress etc)
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with global teams and representing multiple regions
