Woodston Personnel Ltd is delighted to partner with a newly established and rapidly growing GP practice based in Dublin city, who are now seeking an experienced  Assistant Practice Manager to lead operational excellence across multiple sites and support the rollout of new clinics and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of new systems and operational protocols across the practice to drive service efficiency and quality.

  • Manage all aspects of daily financial operations, including income tracking, expense control, and financial reconciliation.

  • Prepare and submit PCRS (Primary Care Reimbursement Service) returns accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Utilise the Socrates IT System effectively for all clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data management and workflow efficiency.

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and clinical team to ensure the seamless delivery of patient services and continuous improvement.

  • Take full ownership of new clinic rollouts, overseeing all aspects from initial planning and coordination to team leadership and implementation.

  • Develop and refine internal procedures to support the introduction of new service lines and ensure operational consistency.

  • Foster effective communication across all levels of staff and with patients to maintain a well-coordinated and high-performing practice environment.

  • Operate independently and proactively, identifying operational challenges and delivering practical, timely solutions.

  • Provide operational support and oversight across multiple practice locations, ensuring alignment and consistency.

Cross-Service Collaboration

  • Collaborate with administrative teams across the organisation to ensure integrated, patient-centered service delivery.

  • Support the coordination and operational delivery of OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy) services across sites.

  • Align local practice protocols with organisational standards to ensure continuity of care and streamlined administration.

  • Contribute to joint planning, reporting, and service development initiatives aimed at enhancing OPAT and broader service efficiency.
