Designation: General Manager

Work Location/Shift Timings – Sec 54, Gurgaon, Work from office (Monday to Friday), 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. 

 

Hardware Pre- requisites: Candidates must have their Own laptop. (Hardware Pre-requisites: laptop (8GB RAM), windows 10/11 OS, internet speed- minimum 30 Mbps- Download and Upload both)

Role Summary:
The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment of various functions with the strategic goals of the organization. This role demands a dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong leadership, analytical, and business acumen, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement strategies and policies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective processes and operational standards to drive efficiency and service excellence.
  • Work closely with teams at all levels, influencing and negotiating on significant matters to support organizational goals.
  • Manage and lead complex and critical changes, ensuring minimal disruption and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Identify areas for continuous service improvement and proactively drive improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate potential risks, challenges, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Oversee performance management, career development, and retention strategies for team members to foster engagement and long-term growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and transformation, identifying opportunities to optimize internal support processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
