Job Overview
Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Agent for our Homecare Agency team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating home healthcare services for clients, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their specific needs. You will engage with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate care plans and manage service delivery effectively.
Responsibilities
- Match Home Health Aide (HHAs) & Nurses to available shifts.
- Coordinate scheduling of caregivers and adjust assignments as needed to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, families, by responding to emergency care requests from families or clients and care staff.
- Make outgoing attendance calls to the caregivers who have a scheduled shift but haven't clocked in their attendance
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward clients and their families.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
Hours
Part time shift: Monday to Friday from 7 AM. to 9 AM., and Sat & Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM
