Job Overview

The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition by selling our repair/garage management software to automotive businesses. The ideal candidate must have experience selling similar SaaS products or solutions in the automotive/repair domain.
The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition by selling our repair/garage management software to automotive businesses. The ideal candidate must have experience selling similar SaaS products or solutions in the automotive/repair domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networks, and digital channels
  • Conduct effective product demos (online & on-site) tailored to garage/workshop workflows
  • Position our software by understanding customer pain points (job cards, inventory, billing, CRM, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Contribute insights about customer needs to product and marketing teams
  • Assist in onboarding customers post-sale for a smooth transition

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Prior experience selling Garage Management Software, Workshop Management Systems, Service Center Software, Inventory/Repair Management SaaS, Field Service SaaS, or similar products
  • Strong understanding of garage operations, job cards, customer management, spare parts handling, workflow tracking, billing, etc.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform field sales and meet customers in person
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and result-oriented mindset
