Product Information Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Product Information Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our product team in Barcelona.  

Your job

• Collection of product-relevant data and responsibility for the quality of this data in the database

• Coordination of structured data in the PIM system and development of data model, evaluation and analysis reports of product-specific data (BI reports)

• Further development of the product information management system (PIM) to increase efficiency in the

  process flow

• Carrying out technical training for education and training of our employees

• Interface for collecting product-relevant data (e.g. to IT, Development, Sales, Product Management)

Qualifications and skills

• Successfully completed (higher) education in and/or corresponding initial professional experience in the IT Sector (IT process management, data management)

• Strong interest in data systems and process optimization

• ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX, NAV, D365), knowledge of Power BI and PIM software an advantage

• Fluent in English, good knowledge of Spanish

• Creative, analytic and graphic understanding

• Well-organized, communicative and self-motivated
