To strengthen our presence in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager who is ready to grow the business and shape the market with us.
Your job
Drive new business by identifying and acquiring new dealers, clients, architects and designers
Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to grow sales turnover
Develop and execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies for Singapore
Position XAL and partner brands as leading lighting providers among key stakeholders
Provide professional product and technical support to clients and partners
Manage sales activities both strategically and operationally
Plan, monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs and pipeline development
Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Report regularly on sales performance and market developments
Qualifications and skills
Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Architecture or Electrical Engineering
Proven sales experience (min. 3 years) in lighting, design or construction-related industries
Strong network in Singapore’s design / lighting ecosystem (architects, designers, consultants, developers)
Fluent in English, Mandarin and German would be a plus
Solid MS Office skills
Passion for design and aesthetics
Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent and results-driven
Strong communication and negotiation skills
