To strengthen our presence in Singapore, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager who is ready to grow the business and shape the market with us.

Your job

  • Drive new business by identifying and acquiring new dealers, clients, architects and designers

  • Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to grow sales turnover

  • Develop and execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies for Singapore

  • Position XAL and partner brands as leading lighting providers among key stakeholders

  • Provide professional product and technical support to clients and partners

  • Manage sales activities both strategically and operationally

  • Plan, monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs and pipeline development

  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

  • Report regularly on sales performance and market developments

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Architecture or Electrical Engineering

  • Proven sales experience (min. 3 years) in lighting, design or construction-related industries

  • Strong network in Singapore’s design / lighting ecosystem (architects, designers, consultants, developers)

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and German would be a plus

  • Solid MS Office skills

  • Passion for design and aesthetics

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent and results-driven

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
