Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in the implementation, installation, and configuration of PCs/workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices.
- Provide 1st level on-site IT support to end-users on a 24x7 rotational shift, including Public Holidays.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, peripherals, and applications.
- Perform daily health checks and inventory checks on systems.
- Provide timely updates and findings to the Project Manager on escalated issues.
- Deliver hands-on support in a Windows client environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or equivalent IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, peripherals, and applications.
- Prior experience providing IT support in a Windows (client) environment.
