How you’ll make an impact

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the single owner of the entire recruitment lifecycle across all departments - from initial talent strategy to hiring. This is a critical, highly visible role where you will not just execute, but also continuously improve our processes to ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will report directly to our Head of PX and collaborate closely with executive leadership and People Leaders across the organization to meet hiring goals.

This role is a fixed term contract for about 12 months.

You will report directly to our Head of PX and collaborate closely with executive leadership and People Leaders across the organization to meet hiring goals.

What you’ll do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Execution
  • - End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire recruiting process for all roles - from entry-level to leadership, across Tech, Commercial, and all Corporate Functions in all our locations.
    - Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, has a positive, professional, and engaging experience that reflects our company values.
    - Interview Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely feedback loops.
    - Offer Negotiation: Guide hiring managers through compensation benchmarking and structure competitive offers, managing negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Process Development & Strategic Improvement
  • - Process Review: Continuously adjust, optimize, and if needed scale the recruitment process.
    - ATS Management: Own and maximize the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (currently  Lever but will be  switching to Ashby) to ensure data integrity, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
    - Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing/PX Team to develop and execute initiatives that strengthen our employer brand across key channels in our target markets.
    - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Integrate DE&I principles into all stages of the recruiting process to build diverse talent pipelines and ensure fair assessment practices.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Analytics
  • - Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, interview best practices, and effective decision-making.
    - Recruitment Reporting: Own key recruiting metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source of Hire, Candidate Dropout Rates) to identify bottlenecks and report progress to the leadership team.
    - External Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, job platforms, and sourcing tools as needed, ensuring a high ROI.

What you’ll bring with you

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • - 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition role, preferably within a SaaS, Tech, or high-growth startup environment.
    - Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, GTM) and multiple European countries (understanding of cross-country market dynamics is a must).
    - Deep expertise with ATS systems and proficiency with professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
    - Fluent professional proficiency in English is essential. Any additional languages are considered a plus.
    - Understanding of European labor laws as they relate to recruitment (data privacy, non-discrimination).

    - Structured & Organized: Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously.
