Job Overview
Our Purpose
At Xero, we’re here to help supercharge small businesses. We do this by automating routine tasks, surfacing actionable insights and connecting businesses with the right data, advisors and apps. When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
How you'll make an impact

What youʼll do
* Build tracking systems to evaluate key metrics such as time to fill, diversity of hire, quality of hire, talent pool health, funnel conversion, and CSAT by function, level, and region.

* Advise TX leadership on action plans to address performance, capacity, and workforce planning, including proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
* Build and implement a system to proactively identify and design solutions that continuously improve portfolio, vendor, channel, and campaign performance.
* Identify and quantify risks and opportunities for different solutions and compare the trade-offs between them.
* Create insight-driven plans and implementation strategies for TX leaders to lift functional effectiveness.
* Ensure delivery of functional OKRs through planning, systematising, tracking, and enablement for TX leadership.
* Design regular TX routines, embedding Time Well Spent principles across the function.
* Take a consultative approach to the TX communication strategy, leading with high-quality data and insights aligned to team effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
