About the Role
As an Account Executive at Xplor, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth for our Legend leisure management platform, with a focus on clients in the leisure and recreation sector. This is a full-cycle sales role, responsible for managing the entire sales journey—from prospecting and discovery through to deal closure and handover for implementation.
You’ll be tasked with identifying and engaging new opportunities, building strong relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term client success. Your efforts will directly contribute to Xplor’s growth, helping us deliver lasting value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the leisure and recreation sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, maintaining a healthy and well-qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales support, implementation, and client services teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to lead sourcing efforts and support marketing campaigns that generate new opportunities.
- Represent the Legend platform and Xplor brand with professionalism and a strong understanding of the product’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
