Job Overview

Xplor Pay is looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals to join our growing Direct Sales team. In this field-based Account Executive role, you will partner with local businesses to understand their payment needs, introduce secure and transparent payment solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time W2 opportunity with a commission-only compensation model, health benefits, 401(k), and the flexibility to manage your schedule while growing a portfolio of active accounts. It is a strong fit for self-motivated sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, face-to-face selling, and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and build relationships with local businesses within your assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person visits, outreach, and networking to introduce Xplor Pay payment solutions
  • Consult with business owners to identify opportunities to streamline transactions, improve payment experiences, and support growth
  • Present clear, compelling value propositions and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Close new business and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residual income on active accounts
  • Manage your pipeline independently while partnering with sales leadership, training, and support teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with business owners
  • Confidence with face-to-face selling, consultative conversations, and closing new business
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach to prospecting and territory development
  • Resilience, accountability, and comfort working independently in a performance-based sales environment
  • Sales experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, merchant services, payment processing, or a similar environment is preferred

Compensation: This role follows a commission-only compensation model with a portfolio ownership component. Account Executives are eligible for activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residual income based on active accounts. The role also includes W2 employment status, health benefits, and 401(k).
