RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, assess, negotiate and close the position.
- Be point of contact with the respective hiring managers and ensure all the hiring managers’ requirements are followed
- Coordinate the interviews arrangement and pre-screen the applicants.
- Crafting and updating the job description based on hiring manager’s requirements.
- Maintains all applicant paperwork, ensuring that all paperwork has been gathered and compliance issues are met with regards to the recruitment process.
- Performing background and reference checks on candidates when as required.
- Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents compilation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/HRM/Psychology or its equivalent.
- 1 - 5 years of related experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Executive in the IT Industry.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment and good in multitasking
