Young Americans for Liberty is hiring a Marketing Systems Administrator (HubSpot) to keep our marketing engine running smoothly day to day. This role is for someone who loves execution, precision, and volume, and who takes pride in ensuring systems work the way they should.

About the role

The Marketing Systems Administrator supports the day-to-day execution and maintenance of HubSpot under the direction of the Senior HubSpot Administrator and Marketing leadership.


This role exists to handle routine and mid-level HubSpot work so our Marketing team can move quickly without breaking systems or compromising data integrity. You will execute within clear guardrails, support campaign deployments, and keep HubSpot clean, organized, and reliable.


This is not a strategy role and not a system-owner role. It is a high-impact execution role where success is measured by speed, accuracy, and reliability.


This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
📍 Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (minimal travel); Remote may be possible for the right candidate


What you'll do

Ticketed HubSpot Configuration & Execution

  • Execute ticketed HubSpot requests, including lists, properties, views, simple workflows, data fixes, system updates, and user support
  • Work independently within defined permissions and guardrails
  • Escalate complex or high-risk requests appropriately

System Maintenance & Hygiene

  • Maintain ongoing HubSpot upkeep, including property management, list hygiene, workflow audits, QA checks, and light cleanup
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future issues

Marketing Deployment Support

  • Support Marketing during campaign launches, high-volume send periods, and coverage gaps
  • QA, test, schedule, and confirm that assets function as intended prior to launch


What Success Looks Like

  • Tickets are closed quickly and correctly
  • HubSpot stays clean, usable, and predictable
  • Marketing launches on time without system issues
  • Senior HubSpot leadership is freed up to focus on strategy and architecture
  • You are trusted as a reliable execution partner across the organization


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined QA habits
  • Experience supporting Marketing teams with deployments and launches
  • Comfortable working from ticket queues and managing execution volume
  • Able to work independently within defined boundaries
  • Clear communicator who knows when to execute and when to escalate
  • Nice to have: HubSpot certifications (helpful, but not required)
