Production Manager
Salaried, full-timeJob Overview
Freedom needs fuel. Direct Response is how we power the fight.
Young Americans for Liberty is building the most effective grassroots liberty movement in the country. That takes more than bold ideas. It takes disciplined execution and consistent growth.
Direct Response fundraising is one of the engines that powers our mission. And we’re hiring a Direct Response Production Manager to help us scale it.
This role exists for one reason: to make sure our Direct Mail fundraising machine runs smoothly, on time, and at a level that allows YAL and liberty to win.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives on operational excellence, knows Direct Mail inside and out, and loves turning a strategy into results, we want to hear from you.
About the role
You will “keep the trains on time” across our direct response program—especially Direct Mail—by owning production workflows, managing donor data systems, coordinating vendors, and making sure mail and outreach go out clean, compliant, and on schedule.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth Marketing, who owns strategy and creative production. You’ll take that vision and bring it to life in the real world in front of the right donors, at the right time, without breakdowns.
This position reports directly to YAL’s Vice President of Development.
