We are looking for a proactive and empathetic leader to guide our M365 & Collaboration Services team. You will lead technical experts in delivering high-quality solutions across Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, OneDrive, etc.), while aligning technology with business strategy.
As Team Lead, you’ll:
Lead and mentor a team of M365 specialists, engineers, and juniors.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Manage multiple budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and plan resources with a multi-year rolling forecast.
Ensure smooth operation, support, and optimization of M365 services.
Oversee service delivery, SLAs, and incident/problem management.
Align the M365 roadmap with organizational goals and identify opportunities for automation, adoption, and modernization.
Implement and maintain governance policies for M365 usage, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
