If you are a Legal Counsel ambitious and passionate about innovation, joining Yuno will allow you to transform your passion into real high-impact solutions. At Yuno, every role impacts the payment revolution.
As a Legal Counsel you will be part of the Global Legal & Compliance Team, working directly with the Compliance Officer and the Legal Business Partner to support Yuno’s operations across multiple jurisdictions.
🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
● Support the Legal & Compliance team with the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements (NDAs, DPAs, service agreements, partnership terms).
● Assist with compliance-related tasks, including internal policy updates, regulatory research, and KYC/KYP documentation review.
● Learn about fintech and payments regulation and how it applies to a growing SaaS payment orchestration platform.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Finance, People) to support business needs from a legal perspective.
● Conduct legal and regulatory research across jurisdictions where Yuno operates.
● Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments.
● Help maintain and organize legal documentation, templates, and compliance records.
● Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
🟣 The skills you need
● Bachelor’s degree in Law
● No prior work experience required ,strong interest and motivation to learn are key
● Genuine interest in Commercial Law, Contracts, Compliance, FinTech, and regulation.
● Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks under pressure
● Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnFluent English (written and spoken).
● Portuguese or advanced Spanish is a plus
