IIf you are a Legal Specialist ambitious and passionate about innovation, joining Yuno will allow you to transform your passion into real high-impact solutions. At Yuno, every role impacts the payment revolution.
As a Lega Specialist you will be part of the Global Legal team. You will collaborate with the legal planning , World Class Compliance FrameworksIncluding AML, ABC (Anticorruption) and Data Protection matters for a hyper-growth fintech company.
🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
● Collaborate with business teams to manage or secure legal obligations.
● Review contracts, promotional materials, and new products for regulatory compliance.
● Provide legal counsel throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on risks, agreements, and compliance.
● Stay updated on payments and fintech industry regulations.
● Lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning with Commercial, Product, Finance, and People teams.
● Work with teams to solve problems, close deals, and quickly build partnerships.
● Develop risk mitigation strategies and flexible processes to support global growth.
● Operate in a fast-paced environment, providing tailored legal advice and anticipating issues.
🟣 The skills you need
● 6+ years of experience as a qualified attorney, specializing in drafting and negotiating contracts , corporate risk management with expertise in payments and fintech.
● Fluent in English; advanced Spanish is a plus.
● Strong knowledge of the global fintech and payments industry.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with multicultural teams, demonstrating courage, curiosity, and adaptability.
● Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
● Strong judgment to assess risks and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
● Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and solving problems in a solution-focused, adaptable manner across diverse cultural settings
