Creative & Conceptual Design
- Lead the creation of visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Content & Production Oversight
- Review, approve, and refine creative outputs from agencies.
- Manage production-ready files for digital, print, and motion graphics.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive designs.
- Handle feedback constructively and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, English Literature, Finance, or Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in graphic design, creative, motion, and marketing.
- Technical Skills & Tools: Adobe suite
- Language Proficiency: Good English (written/spoken), Native Arabic (written/spoken), Kurdish is a plus
