Senior Officer - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior BI Data Analyst to lead the transformation of complex financial and operational data into critical business insights. This role involves not only advanced analysis and reporting but also mentoring junior team members, owning key data initiatives, and directly influencing executive-level decisions across Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Reporting & Dashboarding: Lead the design and development of sophisticated, interactive BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that provide deep insights into business performance.

• In-Depth Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct complex, multi-variate analysis of financial and operational data to uncover hidden opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

• Develop predictive models and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations that directly impact business strategy (e.g., pricing optimization, risk mitigation, customer churn prediction).

• Stakeholder Leadership & Consultation: Serve as a primary data expert and strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Proactively identify analytical needs, translate ambiguous business questions into concrete data solutions, and present complex insights with compelling narratives.

• Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering their technical and analytical growth. Establish and promote best practices for data analysis, visualization, and data governance across the organization.

• Continuous Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends in Fintech, data analytics, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML applications in finance). Propose and implement innovative analytical approaches and tools to enhance capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science). Master's preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in Fintech or financial services.

Skills:

Technical Mastery:

• Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, QlikView),
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Superior analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
• Expertise in applying advanced statistical methods and quantitative techniques for rigorous analysis.
