JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the organization and administrative tasks in employee’s specified work group. Mainly supports internal employees as well as external customers.
- Support coordination of customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required equipment.
- Assist with order entry and revisions, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
- Maintain and track spare parts lists to ensure accuracy for the Process Burners, Boiler Burners, Flares, Thermal Oxidizers, and the Aftermarket team.
- Assists Project Engineers with administrative activities involving projects and equipment when needed.
- Track inspection reports and identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop new presentations and update existing materials for the Order Execution Manager and Applications Managers.
- Manage and maintain group SharePoint data, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Assist with global reporting and communication efforts.
- Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Perform administrative tasks including shipping and receiving, meeting coordination, filing, organization, and document preparation.
- Generate reports as needed to support team objectives.
- Take ownership of and contribute to group culture and team engagement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Advanced organizational and writing skills are preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.
