Position Summary
The Offshore Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and operational execution of field service projects. This role is responsible for managing technician scheduling, maintaining project documentation, coordinating project activities, and supporting customer communication while working closely with U.S.-based project managers and account teams. The position requires a strong focus on schedule accuracy, operational efficiency, communication, and documentation quality to ensure project deliverables are executed on time and in accordance with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain daily schedules for field technicians across multiple projects and service engagements.
• Ensure technicians are scheduled in alignment with project timelines, site readiness, and customer availability.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or resource constraints.
• Adjust schedules as needed to maintain project timelines and minimize operational disruptions.
• Coordinate project execution activities with Project Managers, Schedulers, Account Managers, and Operations teams.
• Track technician progress and escalate risks, delays, or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely project data within internal systems and CRM platforms.• Ensure proper completion and archival of Customer Acceptance Forms, service reports, and
project updates.
• Support account teams with billing preparation and verification of time & materials documentation.
Working conditions:
Working schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm EST
