Disruption Partnerships Lead
Job Overview
ZeroFox seeks a skilled, driven, and customer-centered leader to join us as a Disruption Partner Lead. This role will be integral to the Product team, focusing on building strategic partnerships that enhance the effectiveness of our global disruption network and takedown services.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Legal, this role is accountable for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with major social networks, registrars, hosting platforms, and other key online service providers. The goal is to build partnerships that enable ZeroFox to quickly and efficiently disrupt and remove scams, impersonation, and brand infringement. This is a significant opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging partnerships to drive genuine impact in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

- Have substantive experience working in or with trust and safety teams at major online platforms
- Demonstrate a well-rounded, results-oriented track record in building and managing complex strategic relationships

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic relationships with key online service providers (social networks, registrars, hosting platforms, etc.) to enhance ZeroFox's disruption and takedown capabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and speed of digital risk remediation, including scams, impersonation, and brand infringement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate partner capabilities and data into ZeroFox's platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership-related escalations and operational issues
- Champion the voice of the partner internally to prioritize product enhancements and strategies that improve disruption efficacy
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to trust and safety, content moderation, and online abuse
- Negotiate and manage agreements with partners to ensure clear terms and successful collaboration
Requirements
- Experience working in or with trust and safety teams at major social networks, registrars, or hosting platforms, typically obtained in 5+ years
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external organizations
- Deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of managing online trust and safety, including content moderation, abuse reporting, and takedown processes
- Strategic planning and process development chops – can spur teams with vision and provide the right tools and systems for results
- Ability to communicate complex technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences.
- Track record of strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, multi-task, and work proactively in a dynamic and rapidly changing workplace – operational excellence and mastery of details is a must
- Outstanding orchestration and people skills; master communicator who can speak to all levels of the organization and lead complex, cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Cybersecurity, Communications), or equivalent practical experience

- Strong passion for cybersecurity and a deep understanding of online abuse typologies (scams, impersonation, brand infringement)
- Comfort working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment - you thrive on doing good work under pressure. You bring the results and your people and stakeholders along with you
- Interpersonal skills to demonstrate leadership, motivate, and work well with cross-functional teams
- Incredibly creative problem-solving skills – ability to think 'outside the box' to innovate new approaches to digital risk disruption
- Analytical skills to decipher technical concepts, hold meaningful partner conversations, and derive benefits that lead to effective partnerships
- Passion for solving customers’ real-world problems
- Strategic thinking with a default to execution, coupled with the ability to see beyond the day-to-day to help reach goals and overall organizational efficiencies
- Experience with API integrations and technical collaboration with external partners
