Responsibilities
- Support the People Partner team with key projects and BAU's
- Help set up and improve HR processes
- Track team goals and keep project updates organized
- Review policies and suggest ways to make them clearer
- Conduct external benchmarking to bring in relevant industry practices.
- Must be familiar with designing user guides/product documents
- Responsible for research and analysis of zeta products
- Create and curate content based on requirements
- Deliver product training
Skills
- Interest in setting HR processes
- Good at organizing, communicating, and working with different people.
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Sheets, Docs, and basic project trackers.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Must have interest or passion in Learning and Development
- Fair understanding of Technology
- Excellent communication skills
Experience and Qualifications
- Should be proficient with G suite tools
- Masters/MBA degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or a related field is preferred
