ZIRA Talent Academy (ZTA) is your golden ticket to the exciting and ever-changing world of technology.
If you’re an ICT student finishing a degree or simply ready to test your skills in the real tech world, ZTA gives you a space to do exactly that.

The 16th generation kicks off on February 24, 2026.
Applications are open until February 10 at 5 PM.

What is ZTA? 

ZTA is a 9-week internship program for ICT students, whether you’re still studying or working toward your graduate degree. Over those weeks, you’ll work with a range of technologies, sharpen your coding skills, and learn how Agile works in practice. Daily stand-ups and weekly sprints keep the pace fast and the learning real, helping you move quickly from student to professional.

What makes it different?

You don’t just learn how tech teams work. You become part of one.

During the program, you’ll:

🟨 Work with real technologies: CSS, Java, Angular, Maven, Spring, ActiveMQ

🟨 Practice coding every day to strengthen your skills

🟨 Learn Agile in action through daily stand-ups and weekly sprints

🟨 Gain hands-on experience in a simulated project environment

🟨 Receive full-time mentorship from Mahir and Lamija, who provide guidance and constructive feedback

🟨 Grow step by step: week by week, your confidence and skills build, preparing you for real projects
