Role Overview:

The Director of National Accounts will lead strategic relationships with key fleet and enterprise customers across North America. This role focuses on driving large-scale adoption of ZM Trucks’ electric mobility solutions, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute account strategies for national and enterprise-level customers.

Negotiate high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.

Build executive-level relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

10+ years in national account management or enterprise sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle, fleet, or EV sectors.

Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and long-term partnerships.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
