Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a defined territory, driving fleet sales and direct customer acquisition. This role ensures consistent execution of ZM Trucks’ commercial strategy at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales targets through direct channels.

Work in conjunction with SDR’s to identify and qualify leads

Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the region.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine regional strategies.

Foster strong relationships with local fleet customers.

Be familiar with various incentive and state level funding programs

Proven ability to sell and close deals in a consultative style

Qualifications:

5+ years in regional sales leadership, ideally in automotive or commercial vehicles.

Skills include sales hunter mentality, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and go-getter attitude.

Strong communication skills, efficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and CRMs.
