Job Overview

Role Overview:

The Director of Dealer Development will build and expand ZM Trucks’ dealer network, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent brand representation. This role focuses on dealer onboarding, training, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement dealer recruitment and onboarding programs.

Create training modules for sales, service, and customer experience.

Establish dealer performance metrics and incentive programs.

Collaborate with aftermarket teams to ensure service readiness.

Drive dealer engagement through events, communications, and support initiatives.

Qualifications:

10+ years in dealer development or network management within automotive or commercial vehicles.

Experience designing dealer programs and training frameworks.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
