Role Overview:

The Director of Direct Sales will lead ZM Trucks’ direct-to-customer sales channel, focusing on digital platforms, corporate fleets, and retail customers. This role is critical for building a seamless, customer-centric buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute direct sales strategies across digital and physical channels.

Optimize the online sales funnel and customer journey.

Partner with marketing to create campaigns that drive direct conversions.

Manage pricing, inventory, and fulfillment for direct sales.

Track performance and KPI’s for assigned SDR’s and regional sales representatives

Manage compensation plans and motivate a high performing team

Qualifications:

10+ years in direct sales leadership, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicles or tech-driven industries (SaaS)

Expertise in e-commerce, CRM systems, and digital marketing integration.

Strong analytical and customer experience focus.
