Transformation & Change Manager
Job Overview
About Zscaler
Zscaler accelerates digital transformation so our customers can be more agile, efficient, resilient, and secure. Our cloud native Zero Trust Exchange platform protects thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss by securely connecting users, devices, and applications in any location.
Here, impact in your role matters more than title and trust is built on results. We believe in transparency and value constructive, honest debate—we’re focused on getting to the best ideas, faster. We build high-performing teams that can make an impact quickly and with high quality. To do this, we are building a culture of execution centered on customer obsession, collaboration, ownership and accountability.
We value high-impact, high-accountability with a sense of urgency where you’re enabled to do your best work and embrace your potential. If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on solving complex challenges and want to make a positive difference on a global scale, we invite you to bring your talents to Zscaler and help shape the future of cybersecurity.
We're looking for an experienced and innovative Transformation & Change Manager to join our People & Culture (HR) team. In this role, you will be a true champion of the employee experience, instrumental in shaping a world-class workplace. You will drive connected, scalable solutions across human, digital, workspace, and lifecycle programs, ensuring every initiative reflects our people-first principles and embodies our Zscaler Ways of Working.
If you are a forward-thinking manager who excels at turning strategy into reality using agile approaches and is passionate about creating an environment where employees can grow and thrive, we encourage you to apply. Reporting to our Senior Program & Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Program Execution & Management: Translate high-level engagement strategies into actionable project plans and timelines. You will own the day-to-day management of cross-functional initiatives, monitoring progress, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery of global employee programs. You will utilize agile and iterative methodologies to ensure seamless delivery of global programs rather than relying solely on traditional project or change strategies.
- Change Implementation & Support: Execute the "people side" of change by rolling out innovative change management plans. Moving beyond standard training communications, you will support stakeholder readiness and equip change agents with the tools to drive genuine user adoption, building trust through outcomes and impact.
- Program Ownership: Monitor the health and success of engagement programs using established KPIs and employee feedback loops. You will analyze data to identify trends, report on program performance, and recommend tactical adjustments to ensure initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on project deliverables. You will draft and distribute targeted internal communications, ensuring that messaging is consistent, timely, and effectively reaches the intended employee audiences.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience in change, program, or transformation management, specifically focusing on employee experience, workplace strategy, or organizational change.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving the implementation of large-scale programs and managing the full deployment lifecycle to ensure successful cross-team collaboration and adoption.
- Proven ability to utilize agile and non-traditional methodologies, combined with data and employee feedback, to identify critical problems and build scalable solutions.
- Exceptional skills in influencing and aligning senior leaders as well as technical and non-technical teams to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Deep commitment to embodying core "Ways of Working" behaviors, including Collaboration and Ownership, Trust through Outcomes, and maintaining a healthy Challenge Culture.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci), project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum), or HR (e.g., SHRM).
- Experience within a high-growth, global technology organization.
- Deep understanding of future-of-work/return-to-office trends, including hybrid work models, AI in the workplace, and digital employee experience platforms.
