We are looking for someone to join our growing Global payroll team as Senior Financial Representative, International Payroll. You will be responsible for Payroll Processing for the assigned locations along with daily payroll activities. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, International Payroll, you will:
- Work with team on processing International Payrolls, review payroll reports provided by the agencies and booking related Journal entries
- Ensuring compliance of International payroll and Stock transaction processes by following Zscaler Internal Controls and the SOX compliance guidelines
- Collaborating with International payroll agencies to answer employees' questions and ensure payroll and tax compliance
- Management of reconciliations and tasks checklist with the team at each month and quarter end
- Any other task and Special assignments as and when required
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 2 to 4 years' payroll processing experience
- Experience on MS Office such as Excel and Word
