Job Overview

Job Purpose

The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of our premium ingredient products. The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about building long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Promote and sell the company’s ingredient products to B2B customers.
  • Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and management teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food or manufacturing ingredients.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
