Job Overview
- Plan and maintain work schedules and routes for technicians which ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maximized revenue
- Assign jobs based on skills, location, urgency, and availability
- Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers and staff
- Adjust schedules as needed to resolve conflicts, delays, cancellations, and urgent requests
- Act as a central point of contact between clients, technicians, operations, other schedulers, sales, and management via constant phone calls, DMs, texts, emails, and internal notes
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and company standards
Hard Requirements:
- Experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or coordinator (field service scheduling experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Articulate, Pleasant, and Shrewd in client communications
- Proficiency with google suite, Hubspot, and FSMs/Dispatching softwares
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
